As Senior Manager of Digital Experience, I owned EnterpriseDB’s web strategy, customer experience, and site optimization. I was responsible for engaging prospective and existing customers while supporting B2B account-based marketing programs.

  • Creating the roadmap for the digital properties including the customer-facing website, partner portal, customer community, support portal and blog;

  • Developing digital strategy and roadmap to align with key personas and the buyer’s journey.
    Lead website design and development projects;

  • Partnering with Marketing, Product, IT and external resources to improve user digital users' experiences;

  • Driving website optimization program strategy to improve conversion rates;

  • Recommending new technologies and approaches.

  • Implementing and managing Agile process and web request backlog; and

  • Creating intuitive performance dashboards and reporting to support ongoing optimization and decision making.
