The workshop attracted over 400 attendees in Zoom with active participation in the chat. Mary Beth shared how to advocate for opportunities, roll out change, and highlight achievements. She addressed participants’ questions to overcome issues in their career and provided tools for challenges in leadership. Participants engaged with her content in the chat, shared how they related with her story, and enjoyed her public speaking style. As a testimonial to her much needed workshop, multiple participants requested a recording of the session because they wanted to come back to its content as they felt empowered with her teachings. Mary Beth not only managed to carry out such pertinent messages for WIT but also made it engaging even when the participant number was high. Our chapter is thankful to Mary Beth to have such an engaged involvement of and impact to the WIT community at Capital One. We're grateful for her generosity in sharing her time and expertise.”
